We offer a variety of tungsten carbide cutters, milling cutters, and scabbler bits, along with full steel star and beam cutters which are compatible with well-known EDCO, Bartell BEF, Blastrac, SASE, Airtech, Trelawny TFP planers, Kindex, Scanmaskin, and other scarifier and floor planer models.
Our accessories are created for the removal of thick and soft materials, such as mastic, thermoplastic, waterproofing membranes, cold plastic coatings, glues, and the like. After removing the bulk of material with our accessories, it will leave the surface smooth and prepared. Common uses for these milling cutters are for traffic line removal, epoxy removal, thermoplastic removal, waterproofing membrane removal, cold plastic coatings removal, and general scarification. They are long-lasting and capable of removing all sorts of materials.
We provide three types of tool replacement, all for different materials. They are the Milling Cutter for the removal of thick and soft materials, the HMT-5.40 carbide 5 pin cutter which is designed for the removal of thin and hard materials, and the TMO-7.15 solid carbide milling cutter for the removal of thick and soft thermoplastics, line stripes, and traffic markings on concrete and asphalt. We also provide a TSR-5.5 star wheel/solid carbide for the removal of thin and hard materials, such as paint, coatings, adhesive, plastic coatings, dirt, and light concrete preparation. The star wheel cutter leaves a "Shot blasted like" Profile.
