Our QC Procedurs
Our mission is to stay competitive in cost and steady in quality!
1.Technial Drawing Check
All the cutters parameters strictly follow the drawings by engineers. After confirmation with our clients, we will begin produce.
2. Sample checking
After cofirmation the dimension and technical parameters, the sample is available for clients checking and trial test.
3. Standard Raw Materials Inspection
The raw meterials are 100% virgin steel from big certified steel company with quality check certification for each batch.
The warehouse will do income quality check and remark the time,batch number,qty on the lable for each steel bar.
4. Automatic Manufacturing
The production will be carry out according to strict procedures,which mostly are manufactured on aotomatic production lines.
5. QC Inspection For Each Procedure
Our QC will do sample check on each box,based on standard rate,for each procedure.
6. QC Inspection For Finished Cutters
For the finished products, there will be hardness test, dimension test and etc.by professional gear equippment.
7. Final Packing
In the end, all the goods will be carefully and neatly packed in carton box or plastic box.
The pallet will be set for large quantity goods for our clients.
